Joshua E. Garriga, MD

We would like to introduce a new physician to North Hills Internal Medicine as of January 2, 2006, Dr. Joshua E. Garriga.

Dr. Garriga is a native of Texas and did his undergraduate work at Texas A&M and he then went on to get his medical degree at the University of Texas in Galveston.  His residency was done at the prestigious program at Baystate Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine, in Springfield, Massachusetts where he was honored there to serve as chief resident. After finishing his residency in 2001, he went into private practice in Montague, Massachusetts where he practiced with a group similar to North Hills Internal Medicine before deciding to come to Raleigh.  Dr. Garriga’s wife, Quay, is also a physician in medicine and pediatrics but in recent years has been totally involved in raising the Garriga’s two young daughters.  Dr. Garriga and his family moved to Raleigh because of strong personal ties here in the Triangle.  We welcome Dr. Garriga and his family to Raleigh and North Hills Internal Medicine.
